It's directly mentioned I think in this, and implied in the Note comics that his two eye colours are light blue to represent how he's patient until the very end with the player, and yellow because he's a judge, and therefore his actions are justice. But, in the comic, he's out of patience, therefore it glows yellow exclusively.

I love trans sans, its so awesome and funny, mainly cause of his color pallet and that one meme where it says "Hola, soy trans" when the person meant to say sans. and I just love this head canon
