The story is about a retiring U.S. Navy Master-at-Arms (Ronin Sloan) who is at a conference located at NYC Police Headquarters Building 1, when a group of terrorists and mercenaries break-in to free their leader from incarceration. It's up to Sloan and small band of visiting foreign military police officers to thwart the group before they are able to free their leader and escape with a tactical nuclear device!
