"A Somewhat Magical Girl" is a seinen style manga I'm creating. It follows Ayu, a teenage girl trying to fit in at school while secretly possessing latent superpowers. While a little magic is involved, it's primarily about navigating the everyday, with bursts of action-adventure. I wanted to explore what it means for a girl with extraordinary potential to yearn for an ordinary life.
